Venture Club
Out-of-school-time program
Sheridan School District has an out-of-school-time program called Venture Club. The purpose of Venture Club is to encourage and inspire students – 7th grade through 12th – to venture into the outdoors. Youth in Venture Club meet weekly to select and plan activities. In the past their activities have included hiking, camping, snowboarding, kayaking, archery, gardening and picnicking.

Be a Leader
The Venture club interns will develop project management and leadership skills within an internship program that asks students to coordinate and participate in garden workdays AND help coordinate trips and expedite forms and gear for our winter snowboarding programs.
